Terms of Service

These terms are to be followed by client and artist.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are starting points and subject to negotiation based on the complexity of the commission request and other conditions such as rapid turnaround time.Payment must be made in full before work will begin.Payment must be made via PayPal invoice.Refunds will only be given if the work has not been started or if the artist cannot complete the commission.Canadians must pay 14% HST but have the option of paying in CAD - conversation rate determined when payment is discussed.

Process

The client must submit their request through the form, providing the required details.If accepted, the client will be contacted with payment information and expected turnaround time, assuming prompt payment. Turnaround time is typically within a month.Work begins once the artist receives payment.The client will receive an in progress update and may ask for up to two rounds of revisions.The client may request one additional round of minor revisions when the work is complete.Additional revisions, or major revisions at the end stage, will incur a fee.The client will receive high resolution PNG of the artwork.

The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Rights & Licensing

Rights to the commissioned artwork remain with the artist. The artist may share or license out the artwork as they wish.Commissioned works may not be used commercially, used for NFTs, and/or used to feed AI content generators.Contact the artist for commercial or exclusive use rates.
